Pack 94 Registration and Transfer
Registration is now open for Cub Scout Pack 94!
Pack 94 is fully formed, and we are excited to register and transfer members from Pack 331! Original members from Pack 331 are considered Founders of Pack 94. We can transfer current Cub Scouts from Pack 331 into Pack 94 automatically. To authorize the transfer, complete this form for each Cub Scout in your household who would like to transfer. For original Founders, we are offering an awesome special promotion that you won't want to miss!
Annual Dues - Founder's Promotion (Ends August 21)
Pack 94 annual dues are $40 per registered Scout and are due at the start of the program year. These dues cover Pack/Den specific costs to fund the program and are separate from Scouting America membership annual fees.
Families who complete the Founder's Registration requirements by August 21 will receive a onetime founders' package that includes:
- One Pack 94 T-shirt for each registered youth.
- Up to two adult Pack 94 T-shirts per household.
- New Pack 94 numeral patches and a Founder's Bar patch for each registered youth who wears a Cub Scout Class A uniform. **Uniform patches will only be purchased for Cub Scouts who have and wear a Cub Scout Class A uniform**
Founder's Promotion Requirements
- Complete this registration form.
- Have a current Scouting America membership for each participating Cub Scout.
- Pay the $40 annual Pack dues in the Pack Store by August 21.
- Join the Pack 94 Communication GroupMe.
- Subscribe to the Pack 94 Newsletter.
- Join the Pack 94 Facebook Group (optional bonus).
