About Joining Pack 94
What You Need to Know to Join
Ready to Start Your Scouting Adventure?
We're excited that you're interested in joining Cub Scout Pack 94 in Edmond, Oklahoma!
Getting started is easy. Whether your family is completely new to Scouting, returning after some time away, or transferring from another Pack, we'll help you through the process and get your Scout connected with the right Den.
You don't need to know everything about Scouting before you join. That's what we're here for!
Not quite ready to register?
Come check out Pack 94 first!
Prospective families are welcome to visit an upcoming Den Meeting, Pack Meeting, or other appropriate Pack activity. It's a great opportunity for your Scout to meet other Scouts while you meet our leaders, ask questions, and see what Pack 94 is like in person.
There's no need to purchase a uniform before visiting.
Our Regular Den Meetings
Mondays | 6:30–7:30 PM
Santa Fe Presbyterian Church
1603 N Santa Fe Ave
Edmond, OK 73003
Because our Scouts are frequently out having adventures, we recommend checking the calendar or contacting us before visiting to make sure we're meeting at our regular location that week.
1) Register Your Scout
Ready to join?
Cub Scout registration is completed online through Scouting America.
During registration, you'll provide information about your Scout and family and complete the required Scouting America membership registration.
Once your registration is complete, your Scout will officially become a member of Pack 94.
Not Sure Before You Register?
That's okay. Contact us and we'll be happy to answer your questions or help walk you through the process.
2) We'll Connect You With Your Den
Once you've joined, Pack 94 will help connect your Scout with the Den for their current grade.
Kindergarten — Lion
1st Grade — Tiger
2nd Grade — Wolf
3rd Grade — Bear
4th Grade — Webelos
5th Grade — Arrow of Light
Your Den Leader will be one of your family's main points of contact throughout the year and will help you understand upcoming meetings, Adventures, activities, and events.
Your Scout can begin with the rank that corresponds to their current grade. There is no need to complete previous Cub Scout ranks before joining.
3) Come to Your First Meeting
Once you're registered and connected with your Den, the most important step is also the easiest:
Show up and have some fun!
Your Scout can begin meeting their Den, working on Adventures, making friends, and participating in Pack 94 activities right away.
Don't worry about knowing every Scouting tradition, having every piece of a uniform, or understanding every program before that first meeting.
We'll help with those things along the way.
