No Meeting Tonight
As you enjoy the final day of school fall break, remember there is no meeting at the church tonight. Enjoy your last day before hitting the classrooms tomorrow!
Fall Family Adventures
Camp George Thomas
We look forward to seeing the families that registered for Fall Family Adventures this weekend at Camp George Thomas.
We have created a separate GroupMe for camp communications, so we don't flood everyone in the pack with chatter. Please click below to join if you are camping with us this weekend.
Check-in Information
Health & Medical Record Forms and S.A.F.E. Guarding Youth training
The following note is straight out of the parent guide:
All overnight family camps are under 72 hours in duration with medical support available in 30 minutes. We REQUIRE part A & B of the Scouting Health & Medical form for ALL participants (scout and all family members).
Please have the 2 parts completed & signed for each member of the family. The forms must available during the check-in process.
Safeguarding Youth Training is required for all Scouting America registered volunteers. You do not have to be a registered member to take this training. We request that any adult attending the camp to take this training. Go to My.Scouting.org be sure and print the certificate and attach to the medical forms.
