September 4, 2026
This week, we’re doing a quick mid-trail check-in. Every good hike needs a moment to check the map, make sure we’re still headed the right direction, and confirm nobody wandered off following a squirrel. We’ve got a few important reminders, camping deadlines, and calendar tips to help everyone stay on track for what’s coming next.
No Meeting Next Week
A reminder that Pack 94 will not meet on Monday, September 7, for Labor Day.
As a general rule, we try to take the night off whenever Edmond Public Schools is out, which helps keep our schedule aligned with family routines. We also try, when possible, to give everyone a break after a big weekend Pack activity—like camping, Pinewood Derby, or Blue and Gold.
Enjoy the extra evening, and we’ll pick back up with our regular schedule on Monday, September 14.
Webelos Woods Registration — Deadline Today
Today, September 4, is the Pack 94 registration deadline for Webelos Woods.
Webelos (4th graders) and Arrow of Light Scouts (5th graders) who plan to attend need to complete the registration form today. Pack 94 will be camping with Scouts BSA Troop 94, and we have to submit one Pack-wide registration for everyone attending.
Fall Family Adventures Registration Reminder
Fall Family Adventures is coming up October 23–25 at Camp George Thomas. Pack 94’s registration deadline is September 14, so please register through the District website as early as possible.
We’re still 49 days away, and 19% of the available spots are already taken.
Patches Are In!
Our Pack 94 numeral and founders patches are in! I’ll have them available for pickup at our next Den meeting night on Monday, September 14.
If you’d rather not wait, you’re welcome to swing by Robb's porch and pick yours up at a time that’s convenient for you. Just shoot Robb a text at 405-830-7361 and we’ll coordinate.
The Pack Calendar Is Your Map
Pack 94 has a lot going on, and the Pack calendar is the best place to see where we’re headed next.
The calendar includes Pack meetings, Den meetings, camping trips, special events, holidays, and other important dates throughout the year.
Find What You Need
Use the calendar filters to narrow the view by event type or Den so you don’t have to sort through everything at once. You can also choose to show leader-specific activities when you need to see meetings, planning sessions, and other events intended for Pack leadership.

Use the calendar view to quickly see what’s coming up by day, week, or month. It’s a good way to get the big picture before diving into the details.
Print a Calendar
Prefer paper on the refrigerator? At the very bottom of the calendar page, click Download PDF to generate a printer-friendly version of the calendar.
Add It to Your Calendar
At the very bottom of the calendar page, click Subscribe to add the Pack calendar directly to your personal calendar. You can choose from Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Google Calendar so Pack events stay alongside the rest of your family schedule.
